This time out timer is the perfect tool foranyone who uses the time out technique. It's great for people whohave multiple kids or for anyone who babysits.•Times are automatically calculated based on the age of thechild. Calculation is based on one minute per every year of age.This calculation adjusts throughout the year to gradually increasethe time with no dramatic one minute increase on theirbirthday.•Each child is given their own time out bench. Touch their bench tostart, or restart, their time out.•Only one timer can be activated at a time.•There is a maximum of five children.

Thisis also great for anyone who just wants an estimate of what theirpaycheck will be.The wage calculator is vital for anyone in sales working offcommission, people with irregular paychecks, or even salariedemployees. Anyone who isn't payed hourly who wants to know if theirjob is really worth their time will benefit from this. It's perfectfor realtors, sales of any kind, military, etc...There are no time periods or restrictions. You can reset yourhours whenever you want or tally them as long as you want.
